室内でwi-fiが有料だったこと

空港からのアクセスにHotelの送迎バスを使う場合が多いと思われるが、空港では何も案内も情報も見つけ- られず、電話しても落ち合うまで９０分かかった。

Our porter was a delightful young man, polite and friendly, even when I happened to see him later in the snack shop. Wish I'd gotten his name. Reception and restaurant staff, ditto.

The charge for wi-fi - really??? One of the rooms was $200/nt and we were expected to pay for wi-fi? Even Holiday Inn Express offers free wi-fi.

Convenient to jfk airport. Regular shuttle service for those of us staying between flights. Good food

No luggage racks in room. Stayed there twice (Sept 25 and October 9) and both times rooms lacked luggage racks. Mentioned it to manager after 9/25 stay and he said rooms should routinely have them. Checked the room on Oct. 9 before bellperson left and no luggage rack. He put luggage up on sofa for us. My husband put his luggage up on ottoman. No bath mat during first stay and was told no bath mats in rooms now, but our room had a bath mat during second stay. Were we lied to the first time? Rather minor problems, but since rooms were not "budget", should not have such minor problems. Mars the feeling of the whole stay.

Proximity to the airport

Thuis hotel Charges $200 a night and it is the noisiest hotel I have stayed in. The heating/AC system is so outdated and makes so much noise you cannot have a normal conversation let alone sleep with it on. You even have to put the volume of the tv on 30 to hear anything. Every noise in the hotel whether it be another guest a few floors up taking a shower wakes you. If someone closes their door you sit up in your bed from the sheer noise In addition, I found a hair in my bed as well as shower. Whilst taking a shower and adjusting the temperature of the water all of a sudden I have the entire handle bar in my hand. It just comes off. Plus the wooden cabinet in the bathroom looks worn through condensation. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels but this hotel is not even worthy of it's standards by far. If you are looking for a good nights rest skip this hotel completely. This property should be ashamed to have a Hilton logo!!

Dirty, old, no curtains, shower flooded the bathroom and was dangerous. Slipped twice.

Great bar and restaurant and shuttle to airport in the morning very efficient.

THE ROOM HAD A HORRIBLE SMELL

Staff were so friendly and helpful.

location close to airport. One of the better options close to the airport among a series of lackluster choices.
